Healing Heroes is here to assist and answer any inquiries you may have.
We encourage you to reach out – whether you are a veteran or first responder seeking help, a family member looking for information, a medical professional with questions, or a supporter interested in contributing to our mission.
Ready to get started? Schedule an Appointment and a member of our team will promptly follow up to confirm your visit. No referral is needed – you can self-refer to our program, and we welcome referrals from healthcare providers as well. If you’re unsure whether eTMS is right for you, we can arrange a free phone consultation to discuss your situation and guide you on next steps.
Submit your information using the form below to book a confidential initial consultation.
For non-appointment questions (such as program eligibility, treatment process, or media requests), feel free to email us or fill out the contact form below. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 1-2 business days. If you reach out after hours or on a weekend, we will get back to you the next working day. Your questions and concerns are important to us – no question is too small. We are happy to provide more information or clarification on any topic from how eTMS works, to what to expect on your first day, to how we protect your privacy.
Healing Heroes is conveniently located in Somerville, and accessible by public transit.
Our clinic is a quiet, private facility – no large signs or crowds – ensuring a discreet experience for those who value privacy. If mobility is an issue or you need special accommodations, please let us know. The building is fully ADA-accessible, and we can make arrangements for things like wheelchair accessor a quieter entrance if needed.
Please note that while we are deeply committed to helping you heal, we are not a crisis center. If you or someone you know is in acute crisis or having thoughts of self-harm, do not wait for an appointment – seek immediate help. You can call the 24/7 Veterans Crisis Line at 988 (press 1),or dial 911 for urgent assistance. Safety is the top priority. Once you are in a safe place, we can then work with you on long-term healing through our program.
For researchers, healthcare providers, or policymakers interested in collaborating or learning more about Healing Heroes, please contact our program director. We are eager to expand our network and share knowledge. Additionally, if you represent a donor organization or foundation interested in supporting our cause, we would love to speak with you. Healing Heroes relies on a combination of state funding and charitable contributions to keep treatment free for our heroes. Every bit of support helps us serve more people. We can provide data, grant proposals, and impact stories to illustrate the value of your potential contribution. Together, we can ensure that no veteran or first responder is left untreated due to financial constraints.
When you reach out to Healing Heroes, you’ll find a friendly voice or face ready to help. We know it can be difficult to take that first step – but please remember, you’ve earned this help. It’s our privilege to serve you. Whether you’re reaching out for yourself or a loved one, we will treat your information with confidentiality and respond with compassion.
